   A named package, or any dollar amount from $50 up. Call or email — we will ask who it is for and whether you want a message on it.

   We send the voucher

   A printable PDF with a code, same day or the next working day. Post it, print it, or forward the email — whichever suits.

3. 03

   They book it in

   They call or email with the code, pick a date that works, and we handle the rest. No time limit on making that call.

A package voucher locks in a named package at today's price. If our prices go up before it is redeemed, the voucher still covers the whole package.

A dollar-value voucher is any amount from $50 and goes towards any booking, add-on or travel fee. It is the safer choice when you do not know how big the group will be.

• —Quote the code when you enquire, and again when you pay the deposit.
• —A voucher covers the booking, not a date — dates are subject to what is still open, so the popular Saturdays go early.
• —Travel outside Greater Victoria, add-ons and extra time are payable on top of a package voucher.
• —If the booking costs more than the voucher, pay the difference in the usual way.
• —If it costs less, the balance of a dollar voucher stays on the code for next time.
• —One voucher per booking unless we agree otherwise — just ask.

Dollar-value vouchers

Never expire. British Columbia law does not allow it, and we would not want to anyway.

Package vouchers

Valid 12 months from the date of issue, because they are tied to a specific service.

After 12 months

A package voucher does not become worthless. The full amount paid stays on the code as a dollar-value credit, and that credit does not expire.

Nobody loses money on a BUBL voucher because they were slow to book. The worst that happens is that a package voucher turns into the cash value you paid for it.

Cash

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.

Bought by mistake

Tell us within 14 days and we will refund it in full, as long as it has not been redeemed or given away.

Transferable

Whoever holds the code can use it. If a gift lands badly, they can pass it on and we will not ask questions.

Lost it

We keep a record of every code we issue. Email us the purchaser’s name and roughly when it was bought and we will reissue it, free.

The standard cancellation terms apply, with one difference in your favour: where those terms would forfeit a deposit, the value goes back onto the voucher instead of disappearing.

The exceptions are the ones nobody can work around — a cancellation inside 48 hours, or a no-show, uses up the value of the booking, because the day is gone either way. If we are the ones who cancel, the full value returns to the voucher, or we refund the purchaser if they would rather.

Staff prizes, client gifts, silent auctions and fundraiser raffles: we will do a batch of vouchers on one invoice, numbered, and put your logo on them if you want.

For fundraisers we can usually do better than the list price — tell us what the cause is when you get in touch.

Buying a voucher does not hold a date. When they are ready, they book like anyone else, and the earlier that happens the better the choice of Saturdays.
